With a background in economics, sports psychology, sales and marketing, Brian is the visionary behind O2O. In 2014, Brian brainstormed a way to help hosts optimize their listings virtually, while traveling and working from home - radical thinking those days! He pushed for working out remote photo shoots before Covid and the new remote world.

Brian's also the first touch base for hosts; when you book your time for a listing evaluation, you'll be talking with Brian.

A native of Finland, Kati came to the States for collage and eventually worked as an editor in Hollywood with clients like Fox and Disney. Kati was convinced by Brian that hosts could be taught photography virtually (again, radical) and so, O2O was born.

When reviewing listings, Kati is not only thinking like a guest but also looking for technical improvements that would make the biggest difference; how to make a space stand out through photography.

Our design and staging extraordinaire, Elizabeth can breath life and add personality to any space. With a background also in post-production, she has a keen eye for visual details. Time and time again our hosts are blown away by the difference Elizabeth's staging makes.

When a host begins work with us, it's usually Elizabeth who will get in touch to work out a design proposal, branding, and get a shopping list going.
